DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

YOUR ROLE
As a dynamic Event Logistics Manager, you will take care of the transportation of guests, transfers, catering, hotel and/or venue management. She/ he also manages all the agency's staff on the events. In charge of the management of all suppliers involved in the production of the events. Support during the event (mainly events with participants onsite). Fully integrated into the events production team, you will be in charge of the logistic part of the events in the EMEA region.

Your mission includes:
Identify the needs related to the events and follow up the logistical production of the events;
Negotiate prices/invoice and create long-term partnerships with our suppliers
Procurement management & negotiation (prod & office)
Coordinating suppliers and participants and ensuring the smooth running of services on the day of the event;
Prepare all event logistics: travel, venue, catering, technical, entertainment, prints, purchases;
Be physically and actively present on the days of the event and manage any unforeseen events;
Monitoring and managing the material in our stock: inventory, managing purchases, receiving deliveries, preparing and putting away the material for our events

DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL

YOUR PROFILE
Professional English is required (oral and written)
Negotiation skills

Good organizational skills, rigorous, autonomous
Ability to work on several projects at the same time
Ability to work in a team environment
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Google Suite

Professional experience:
Proven skills in logistics & production
3 to 4 years of experience in exhibition/ trade show, event agencies
Mindset & qualities:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritize while working on multiple projects
You love tackling problems creatively
You’re fascinated by the ever-changing world of tech, and thrive on innovation
