Manager of a team (with senior and junior project officers) and in association with various Departement’s Responsibles, you are a Person in charge of the commercial relation, oversee the projects, the various teams and represent the agency with the customer.
Managerial role

Advise and follow customers,
Coordinate the conduct of the project,
Follow the project managers and the Team in the Event’s production
Manage the Team’s motivation
Guarantee the good communication between the various services and management of the possible problems
In charge of the Team’s training
Regular on files, in charge of the listening and councils of the Production’s Team
In phase AO, control of the budgets before sends/help selection of the destinations/determination contrive recognition and guarantor of the quality of the recognition
Check budgetary margins
Guarantor of improvements quality of production of the department and the life of the service central

Representation of the Agency
Presentation of the agency and
Potential projects’ identification.
Follow the customer until the realization of the briefing and project.
Participation to the projects, the presentation of the concepts and the quotations
Customer relationship’s Responsible during all the phases of negotiation and of projects’ realization
Participation in the project’s conception and in the choices of the scenographies, the contents...
In charge of the quality of the services (performances) supplied to the customer

Organization of the meeting of prod
Distribution of files between CP - Administrator Bases
Definition of the teams occurring on the projects (created / strategy in association)

DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL

Of superior training in Communication, you have an experiment of 4-5 years minimum as Account Manager in communication agency.
You have a real customer sense of service and you know how to weave relationships of trust with your customers. You are persevering and proactive, with an interpersonal skills and a strong capacity of analysis and synthesis. You know especially how to put the human values in the center of your proposals. You are multi-purpose, are fluent in English and know how to adapt yourselves and react quickly
You are rigorous, methodical, organized. With a strong team spirit, you are totally autonomous and know how to manage the priorities.
