As a Business Development Executive (BDE) you will be working on the Sales pipeline for France. As a member of the Elevate EMEA Sales team, you will target strategic/enterprise level prospects, identifying and quantifying their business problems and pain related to our core offering and then working with the Elevate teams create valuable solutions that address the underlying issues creating demonstrable financial business cases sufficiently powerful to justify the move from their current way of working to contracting at scale with Elevate.
You will also proactively work in conjunction with our marketing function generating initial qualified opportunities for our “Managed staffing ”and “Impact” value propositions in a segmented target vertical.
This is a named account sales position focused on selling to large corporates and the leading experiential agencies.
• Identify, qualify and create new sales opportunities by:
o Leading specifically targeted campaigns into both Large D2C clients and scaled experiential agencies for large, multiyear, multimillion € opportunities that deliver on the growth aspirations of the Elevate business.
o Executing a value-based sales process focussing, identifying client business pain, the development of need, and the subsequent qualification and formulation of value justified business cases for the Elevate core propositions
o Analysing and proactively target the influencers and powerbase within a prospect, navigating the internal hierarchy to influence the powerbase in order to maximise the opportunity for Elevate.
o Driving and managing the sales process from initial prospects to closed and onboarded clients.
o Effectively managing and accurately forecast sales opportunities, using critical metrics that predict sales success.
o Managing the commercial offer with the client to ensure value for money whilst meeting or exceeding the financial hurdle rates of the Elevate business.
• Work closely with the in-house leadership, marketing, and solutions teams in the identification of the correct prospects, through careful segmentation combined with considered outreach campaigns.
• Active engagement and participation in specific events as well as active productive client and industry networking.
• Track all relevant sales activity utilising Salesforce.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs’ as defined by the business.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.


• Minimum of 1 year experience selling. Preferably at enterprise level in value-based solutions
• Demonstrable evidence of track record of sales success in the digital, marketing, experiential, events and or creative space
• Understanding and ability to evidence the use of data and insight as a lever and differentiator in sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales success – track record of exceeding targets; recognition amongst peers, awards
• Track record of building relationships with large corporate senior line-of-business and digital Marketing, executives and management.
• Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills
• Passion for working with people and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate Elevate’s skills and functionality, use cases, as well as business and technical elements
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience with, and effective execution of, a complex, value-based sales process
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
• Highly driven individual with an exemplary work ethic
• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with Elevate team members
• Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients.
• High level of English to communicate with our global clients and the internal team.
• Fluent in French.
